Not so good…
I felt that the solicitor was reading directly from a script and did not give me the impression of being completely involved in the telephone conversation. I could hear her typing which had no need to be done as it was an advisory call only (required by Social Services for the awarding of an SGO). The solicitor seemed very distracted and not particularly interested in my case.

Worst experience ever
The lack of care was evident since day one to the end. The solicitor was never keen to respond to my queries and when she did, was always making evident how annoyed she was with my questions and requests.
I never felt they were on my side and they never did the most minimum effort to understand my case. It was an entire disgrace

Friendly, precise and experienced

Argumentative and unprofessional.
I felt that the service I received was way below standard. I constantly felt I was being spoken down to. Also felt they never really wanted to here my side of the story. Go elsewhere if you require family law help.
