They saved us from becoming homeless!
We were going through the process of buying our first and final family home. It was supposed to be an exciting and happy experience. It was neither. Our original solicitors were slower than continental drift and with one month to go before we had to be out of our rented house and moving into our forever home, they pulled out. We were in an absolute spiral of panic, stress and fear. We have 3 children and we didn’t want to move them into temporary accommodation somewhere only to move them again Into our house as the disruption, stress and hassle would have been monumental. Enter Claudia and her wonderful partner Alex. We informed them of our pressing timeline and told them of how our original solicitors had let us down. They listened, sympathised and , more importantly, said they could get the job done. It was incredible. Everytime I sent an email Claudia responded within 10 minutes. Any questions she asked I fired answers right back and immediately she acknowledged them and moved into the next thing. She worked fast, hard and efficiently. We were able to move into our forever home on time purely thanks to her efforts. I cannot recommend them enough. Claudia, Alex and anyone working with them on our case did a phenomenal job. We would have been homeless and in severe despair without them. If you want conveyancing done efficiently and properly, don’t waste your time with anyone else other than Kingsley bond. 10/10.
