I wish everyone else's solicitors had been as efficient as mine! Selling a house and purchasing another was a very protracted process, but Sophie Wakelin, and her assistant Bella, acted very efficiently on my behalf. As a sole client, I had every confidence in their legal knowledge and ability to keep me informed and provide suggestions or advice as to how to proceed. I very much appreciated that. I also felt that I and my situation were known on a personal leovel, not just someone on their books. Sophie did an excellent job.
