I have used Thorneloes now part of Hallett for many years, three house moves, my parents wills and power of attorneys, my will and poa. I have just moved and Lisa was excellent, the chain took a long time to go through because of my buyers but there were no delays because of myself or Hallets. I would use them again
since having to have dealing with halletts , i have disgusted at their attitudes for getting back to you , or time scales of carrying out requests with regards to acting as executors of my mothers will . At £300 an hour .. their attitude , irrespective of anyones social or financial standing should be one of commitment and active communication .

Abbie and Amanda (and their teams) have been so supportive this past year when my husband was terminally ill and then sadly passed. They helped with the sale of a property we owned including changing title deeds after his passing, arranged to pay off an equity loan from the proceeds (I was finding that a very confusing process) and double checked I had handled his estate properly. They always led me through each step and were on hand if I had questions. On top of that, everyone was so kind and understanding. I felt reassured at a difficult time.
