Lisa Phillips handled our sale and purchase - it was a very stressful sale but Lisa made the whole experience much easier than it might have been. I recently sold my house and after contacting three solicitors, I found Hallet & Co to be the lowest cost for undertaking the legal aspects. Given the need for distancing, everything was undertaken by post with clear instructions. Lisa always undertook any necessary actions quickly. She kept me informed at all times and always responded to emails without the need to chase her. I would recommend Hallet & Co for undertaking such work.
