I would definitely recommend using Martin Tolhurst solicitors, it took exactly the amount of time they said it would for us to complete, I loved how they gave us access to an online service too so we could view what has been done and what needed to be done I thought that was very unique! They only thing I will say on two occasions I had phoned 3 times (not in a row on separate days and asked for a call back and no body phoned me back) other than that, no complaints.

Conveyancing Review - Martin Tolhurst
Rachel Plumb was our allocated conveyancer. Her communication was great, she was personable and responsive and we were very pleased with the service she provided us with.
Rachel was very diligent, and she dealt with any concerns we had swiftly, putting our minds at ease and meaning the whole moving process was as smooth as it could be.
We would definitely recommend Martin Tolhurst for their conveyancing services and would use them again (should we ever contemplate moving again :-) )

Perfect from the start to finish.
Rachel Plumb and her team always kept me up to date of the progress of my sale and purchase, both of which took an extremely long time to get to exchange of contracts due to there being a very long chain. Martin Tolhurst always reassured me and kept me in the loop with every detail. They always returned emails the same day or if they were unavailable at the time of calling I was always called back the same day.
Everyone was always very polite, professional and courteous.
I cannot fault the service at all.
