Good advice.

I needed some advice and reassurance on a very personal situation. I was dealt with with common sense and compassion which was exactly what I needed at the time. I felt that I was free to discuss my issue and that my views were valid I didn’t feel under any pressure and had the time to decide on any further action.

Clinical Negligence

I dealt primarily with Emma Manifold, who was very professional and, considering the content of the claim, I also found her to be compassionate and understanding. I also found her colleagues to be equally as professional friendly and would not hesitate in using them again.

Spot on.

We used Fieldings in a 3 year dispute with our neighbours where we were defending. Emma came onto our case half way through. The advice we received was always pragmatic, although not always what we wanted to hear, nevertheless we followed Emma’s advice and won our case with full costs. She worked tirelessly on our case. we were up late at night sending witness statements back and forth to Emma and these didn’t get issues until Emma was fully satisfied. Emma recommended a change of barrister when she came on to our case too - it wasn’t something we wanted to do as the last barrister knew our complex case inside and out - her recommendation was spot on and really paid off. Listen to Emma - she knows her stuff and she works hard to make sure you get the best outcome. You might not always like what she recommends but when you are in the court room you really understand how the recommendations she has made are paying off.
