    For the third time, Slee Blackwell conducted our house conveyancing with efficiency and professionalism. This time it was a house purchase, previously a purchase and a sale, so we have seen both sides of the transaction now and in all cases our queries were answered speedily and concisely.     I’ve had a great experience working with Gemma Williams at Slee Blackwell during the sale of my property and purchase of another. She was always on the ball, one step ahead, and clearly focused on being as efficient as possible throughout the process. Conveyancing can take time, and I appreciated that things need to be done properly, but Gemma made everything feel smooth and well-managed.     Having used Gemma Williams three times now for house purchases and twice for sales, I genuinely do not believe there is anyone better in the country!
