Have used Sydney Mitchell many times before always happy and my go to company. This however was not our experience this time, lack of comunication failure to return calls, read and act upon emails, leaving important issues that were flagged up weeks ago until the last minute on completion day. Meaning house sold transfered and gone but we have no money in our accounts. Left sitting in reception for 40 minutes for a meeting that was urgent and last minute on completion day even after being repeatedly told we were there. Very unhappy with some of the totally unsubstantiated inferances and assumptions made. Will not be using this company again which is a shame.

A very good experience with a smooth and efficient property sale. I followed up a couple of times and the solicitor always got back to me promptly and dealt with my enquiries clearly.
