My wife and I, with no dependants, decided it was high time to make proper provisions as to how we would wish our assets to be used if either or both of us lost our ability to make rational decisions and on our passings, that our funerals could be properly arranged and our bequests go to both our friends and good causes without any hitches. Using a regulated firm of solicitors was our desired choice and following discussions at the offices of our local firm that had acted for us in property transaction previously we decided on Judge & Priestley. Russell Ali there was able to guide us through the processes needed and prepare our Wills and Powers of Attorney documents for us at a fair, fixed price. We are both more than happy with Russell's professionalism. An "excellent" rating is more than justified.

When my family's solicitors over some 80 years, Wilkinson & Mellor, were absorbed into Judge & Priestley, I knew nothing of Russell Ali and had no prejudice in his favour. Buty at once it became clear that he was hadling our request for two new and complicated Wills thoroughly, carefully and above all promptly. He answered all our requests for enlightenment with great clarity, was patient with changes of mind, and has now brought to conclusion a 3-month process. We have been very happy working with him. There is only one adverse comment to be made: that some of his assisstants have no been able to match his thoroughness, so that new and fresh errors crept into the texts on more than one occasion. - some of serious nature, such as the omission of one beneficiary's name and bequest, which could be fatal in a final Will. Russell has honourably accepted the responsibility for these errors, which were immediately corrected once I pointed them out. This apart, we have had an ideal experience of working with him. .
