A really great service
I found Slee Blackwell to be an excellent solicitors to deal with. They handled the sale of my property really efficiently. The property had been in trust but this was dealt with quickly and Debbie Fernandez and Georgina Beardsley were excellent in keeping me well informed on the progress of each stage of the sale process. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending their legal services to anyone requiring them. I am looking to move house myself very soon and will very likely engage their services again for this.

Selling/buying
This was our first time for selling a property having lived there for 37 years. Debbie worked our behalf to deal with many queries and advising us on what was legally required and not.
Debbie also worked hard for us on the purchase of our new home.

Selling property 3 Bay View Court, Northam
We had to work through the experience of selling the flat twice as original purchasers quit the process some days before signing and exchange of contracts.
However after a long wait new purchasers appeared and the deal was concluded. There was some hold up due to the problems of the buyers solicitor but once this was cleared the deal was concluded quickly.

The title says it all. Have used Debbie and the team a lot in the last couple years with projects and has done a brilliant job even when things have not been simple ( incredibly hard ). 100/100 service
