I highly recommend MFG Solicitors especially Claire Ross @ Ludlow Office. She worked very hard and provided an excellent service. She was very patient with seller’s solicitor despite them being rude and unhelpful. I am very grateful I have chosen her as my solicitor as she could have not been more professional, attentive and helpful. ❤️ This was my 1st house purchase and she made it less stressful. I also recommend her PA Demi who was prompt to send all the documents and confirmation to me. Thank you once again Claire and Demi @ MFG Solicitors. ☺️

As a first time house seller I was unsure of the procedures required to sell but my solicitor and team were there to guide me through everything. They were helpful and kept me informed at all times, answered emails promptly and if needed I could call and speak to one of the team. 10/10

Excellent Service

Capability is top tier but capacity is below expectation
I’ve really enjoyed working with my solicitor at Mfg, she’s clearly very capable and is adept at explaining all my options and their impacts. However, the responsiveness is just not there. Throughout the conveyancing process (about 18 weeks) if I was apologised to for a delay caused by working on another client’s completion, I would think to myself that she is really prioritising those clients that are in a crunch, and when I get to that point, I too will be prioritised. Unfortunately, I got to a crunch point last week where I really needed my solicitor’s assistance and she wasn’t available because (you guessed it) she was working on someone else’s completion. I get the impression that the workload is unmanageable for them. I don’t feel this was the service that I was sold when I appointed the firm and I’m somewhat disappointed to have accepted such a high fee thinking that it would make the process more efficient. And perhaps this is just how conveyancing goes and no firm can make the process more efficient, but in that case I’ll opt for a firm with a cheaper fee next time.

Excellent service
We initially had a hiccup because our normal excellent representative based at Kiddermister was on maternity leave and the last superb representative we used from that office was not allowed to act for us as this was “commercial”. This caused a week or so delay and eventually we were reassigned to Susan from the Ludlow Office who did a great job expeditiously. All 3 ladies from mfg who have acted for us Rhiannon, Claire and Susan, we would highly recommend.
