Sale with Faye
We used Faye at Goughs for the sale of our property and she was absolutely excellent throughout. The sale itself was relatively straightforward, although there were a few communication issues elsewhere in the process which could easily have become frustrating. Faye was consistently responsive, clear and pragmatic, and always seemed to have a really good handle on exactly where things were and what needed to happen next. What I particularly appreciated was that she didn’t overcomplicate things. She dealt with the detail properly, gave straightforward advice and kept things moving. When something needed chasing or resolving, she just got on with it. Conveyancing can be stressful even when a transaction is relatively smooth, but having someone competent, approachable and pragmatic on your side makes an enormous difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Faye or use her again.
