Graeme dealt with the sale of my late mother's house in Cornwall. Under difficult circumstances of COVID, the service was excellent. He was always responsive to any questions/enquiries and even when he was away from the office he made sure there was continuity, resulting in a prompt sale completion. Thank you

Sensible solution

Good understanding of not straightforward issues! Sensible solutions to the problems allowing for completion on the planned date. I am a commercial Real Estate lawyer myself and I would recommend Graeme to my colleagues. I would also instruct Graeme myself in the future if his services are needed.

Brilliant work

I've sold two houses and purchased a new build and my solicitor Graeme Booth has been absolutely fantastic the whole time. He's answered all our questions promptly and he has been very helpful throughout the process, I would readily recommend to anyone conveyancing by Farley's Solicitors, it might be a tiny bit more expensive than some other places being advertised but there is the reassurance that the job will be done right and this was important to us.

First time using Farleys having been recommended to them by a third party. They have acted for us on our sale and purchase of a new house. Graeme in the residential conveyancing team has been excellent . Calm and considered we have felt at ease with Farleys throughout the process which has not been without its challenges. We are going back for some other private client work....10/10

Excellent. As this was our first house purchase we weren't sure what to expect from the process. We were recommended to use Farleys and we are glad we did. The process although new to us was explained clearly, with excellent communication throughout. I would particularly recommend the work of Graeme Booth and his team who were proactive in ensuring that we were always ready for the next step which no doubt contributed to the quick completion. We highly recommend Farleys, especially Graeme Booth and the Conveyancing team after a successful house sale.
We initially had a conventional sale through an Estate agent that was well managed before we took the property to auction when the original chain collapsed.
All email and telephone enquiries were answered promptly and more complicated requests were fully explained. We always felt that Graeme and Farleys ‘had our backs’ in the sale & auction processes.
We achieved a good sale that was completed on time and we are more than satisfied with the fees. Thank you Graeme & all at Farleys; you’re highly recommended.

Graeme Booth and the conveyancing team at Farleys really looked after us with the purchase of our house. It was a new build purchase so not easy, but Graeme guided us through the way and acted quickly, thoroughly and efficiently. I would highly recommend the team for their personal service which made it so much less stressful, thanks again to Graeme and all at Farleys!
