This was the second time in a couple of years that I've used Farleys to act for me when selling property and they don't disappoint. My case was dealt with by Sophie Thomson and she was top class. I've used other solicitors in the past and have always struggled to get through and speak to the actual person dealing with me. This is not the case with Farleys. You get to speak to your solicitor directly, which is very reassuring and you are kept up to date with everything going on. Even emails are replied to within minutes, with a proper reply! This was particularly good when we had a few issues from the buyers that delayed the process. A big thank you to Sophie Thomson & Graeme Booth at Farleys for making the sale go through as smooth as possible. Would recommend Farleys and in particular Sophie Thomson to anyone buying or selling property. Will use again in the future.

Superb service from Lydia Griffin, who dealt with the sale of one of our properties. Kept us updated throughout the process and only a phone call away to deal with you personally, if needed. I've had experiences of other solicitors promising call backs that don't materialise......but with Farleys the phone is answered with courtesy and you can speak directly with the person dealing with your case (not sure if I can name the other company that I've had bad experiences with, but Curtis Law should take note!!). I've already recommended Farleys to work colleagues and will be using them again for future matters. Special mention for Lydia Griffin who dealt with my case. Very professional and excellent service.

Graeme dealt with the sale of my late mother's house in Cornwall. Under difficult circumstances of COVID, the service was excellent. He was always responsive to any questions/enquiries and even when he was away from the office he made sure there was continuity, resulting in a prompt sale completion. Thank you

Prior to buying my first house this year, I’d never hired a solicitor and so I was a bit nervous about committing to something that serious and binding! As I’d worked with a lot of law firms, I also knew that standards could vary a lot, so I made sure to call different conveyancers to get a feel for them and to obtain multiple quotes. Graeme’s was exactly in the middle of those I received. I decided to go for it as he came across as the most approachable, genuine and solid. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts as thanks to him and his team the process went without a hitch. Importantly, the final price came in at what I was expecting and they didn’t add on any extra fees. They made everything extremely easy and thanks to all of their hard work and effort, I now have my dream home! I hope I’ll never need a solicitor again, but if I did, I would go straight to Graeme and Farleys. I’ve already recommended him to my friends.

Graeme Booth was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist me, even though he wasn’t my lawyer. After calling many people who wouldn’t help because I wasn’t their client, Graeme spent over half an hour on the phone guiding me through a stamp duty issue, providing clear explanations and evidence of what I should actually pay - all free of charge. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference. For that reason, I will definitely be using his services in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would leave 10 stars if I could , after being let down by O’Neil & Patient in Stockport ( terrible company by the way ) because they only complete dual representation and told me at a very late stage and could not continue with the process. I had to find a new solicitor quick. On first contacting Farleys , Graeme took on my case on buying our new property and moved quick regarding every aspect of this. From Contact with all the other solicitors and the estate agents and the lending company. Farleys unlike other Conveyancing solicitors treat you like an individual rather than a statistic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Graeme Booth was fantastic in assisting us and 5 other maisonette owners to acquire our Freehold when we discovered it had been unbeknownst to us put up for sale at auction!
