I qualified as a Solicitor in October 2016 and previously worked at a firm in Plymouth before moving to Bath. I joined Goughs in January 2020 and was promoted to Associate in April 2021 then Senior Associate in April 2023. I am a member of the Family Law Panel and I am experienced in dealing with all areas of family law including disputes involving children, divorce, separation, finances, and cohabitation. I have frequently assisted clients with Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. I regularly attend court in relation to disputes involving children and domestic abuse issues to represent clients. These are areas that I have a particular interest in. There has been a rise in cases involving coercive and controlling behaviour and I always ensure I handle these types of cases sensitively and with care.

    Half hour free advice

    I was called by Alice and spoke with her for about 30 minutes and explained my concerns. She gave me some really good advice about how I should progress forward and what I should or shouldn’t be entitled to. Alice was very easy to talk and explained everything in great detail. Should I need help moving forward at a later stage in my divorce I will definitely be asking Alice for further help.

    Divorce and financial settlement

    Alice started as my solicitor and Rhianna once Alice went on maternity leave. Both were excellent, and went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful and upsetting situation. Because I have PTSD after my 3x husband's attack and stress and anxiety since recently having cancer I found the situation difficult to navigate at times. I suffer with post treatment brain fog which makes me forgetful and confused at times. I received much patience, sound advice and kindness during the whole experience. It has really made a difficult experience much more bearable. Thank you so much for everything.
