SDLT Rebate Support
After selling my first home, I asked for some support to process and lodge the relevant documentation to claim back the additional rate of stamp duty land tax I had paid when purchasing my new home.
Mike Daly, supported by Ozlem helped me with this activity. From start to finish the process was made really clear to me, I knew exactly what needed to be done and what bits I needed to take care of and by when.

SDLT Rebate
Following the sale of my previous home, I asked for Michael Daly to support me with claiming back the additional rate of stamp duty land tax paid when I purchased my new home.

Excellent service and very professional
During the course of my house purchase Mike supported by Ozlem were always very helpful, professional and they responded in a timely manner to my queries. Sale of Pub Lease
Despite a complicated brewery lease deal involving 4 sets of solicitors Mike Daly Ally Stretton and Ozlem Yasa have been outstanding and patient and went the extra mile to get us over the line.
