My partner and I simultaneously sold our own houses and bought another using Lamb Brooks. Janine and Allison were great throughout, very professional but also friendly and approachable. Can fully recommend them.

My husband and I had a great experience selling our rental property with Lamb Brooks. Allison was brilliant helping us to navigate through the few issues we had along the way. We found Allison to be very helpful, supportive, patient and persistent in getting everything resolved. Communication was fantastic, Allison does not avoid calls and will always ring back if she's not available. We would highly recommend their services.

We had a great experience with Lamb Brooks as first-time buyers. Allison and Janine were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain every step, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Communication was excellent — everything was handled on time, and we never had to chase for updates. They were always available to answer our calls and queries, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind. We’re very grateful for their support and would highly recommend their services, especially for anyone buying their first home.

After a slow start and my initial solicitor moving to a different firm I became quite concerned about how long the sales process was going to take. I need not have worried. Janine Pendry-Clarke and Allison Smith were brilliant. They worked exceptionally hard to ensure the sale did complete in the promised time-frame. They both deserve 5 stars!
