After a slow start and my initial solicitor moving to a different firm I became quite concerned about how long the sales process was going to take. I need not have worried. Janine Pendry-Clarke and Allison Smith were brilliant. They worked exceptionally hard to ensure the sale did complete in the promised time-frame. They both deserve 5 stars!

Lamb Brooks were recommended to us by our Estate Agents - how lucky were we. I was one of the Executors of my mum's estate and we were using the Solicitors to deal with the sale of her property. Janine explained the process from the outset which was extremely useful. Allison, her assistant, was then our main contact and she was exceptional. She kept everyone informed through the whole process and if we received a communication we were not sure about she was always on the end of the phone to clarify. Allison works well outside business hours to ensure timely provision of information. The way in which she dealt with us was with compassion and kindness throughout the whole process. From offer to completion took 9 weeks which is a reflection of the proficient way in which they work. I would highly recommend Lamb Brooks.
