Pragmatic initiative and resolve

Tom Swann’s commercially pragmatic approach underpinned by deep understanding of one’s options as a client and a real resolve and perseverance to get the best outcome. In the complex commercial matter (which had major potential personal implications) Tom steered things with counsel to a satisfactory outcome.
