They helped us understand complicated processes, gave us all the information needed (and advised us kindly when we missed bits), and were flexible with their approach when it came to us getting information to them. Mark, Beverly and the team helped us move home in February. We have nothing but praise for them, they were absolutely fantastic and really go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always patient and responsive to anything we needed. Our sale nearly didn’t go through on the day, due to delays on our buyers side. However, the professionalism, speed and efficiency of the team saved it for us, and we were able to successfully complete as planned. They made an extremely stressful process of buying/selling a house so much easier for us. We honestly cannot recommend this local firm highly enough, and we will certainly be using them in the future. They are currently helping my Mum with a Transfer of Equity matter.
