House Sale and Purchase
This is the second occasion which I used the services of David Barney and Co. They worked well together to help manage the sale and purchase of my properties through a challenging process, which revealed obstacles that Beverly and the team managed successfully. Mark and Beverly's experience and value became evident throughout the process and they were a pleasure to work with. They managed challenges well, stayed in communication at all times and provided great value. I would recommend, and will use again in the future.

House Purchase
We have recently purchased a new home and having used David Barney and Co in the past when selling property, so they were an obvious choice this time, we dealt with Mark Feely, who we found to be excellent, responding quickly to any queries we had, offering great advice when issues arose and keeping us up to date and chasing our vendors solicitor to get the sale over the line.

Excellent service from both Mark and Beverly and their teams, second time using David Barney and Co and both times under time constraints. We had no issues at all with great communication, always someone to speak to and everything was dealt with in a timely manor. I would highly recommend to friends and family with no hesitation.

First class and personal service from the lovely Mark
Mark was always very helpful, quick to respond from the outset (providing a quick quote), available and supportive for any questions, and a lovely manner to engage with! Not a cold solicitor email insight.
Mark and his team quickly brought our sell up to speed with our sale and in fact overtook it, putting us in a great position waiting for our sellers to confirm an exchange date.
Having experienced the full service with the team, selling through Beverly and buying through Mark and his fantastic team (big shout out to Karan!), I can firmly and highly recommend David Barney & Co and Mark! Thank you also so much for sending us a card at our new home!

Couldnt fault the communication, support and speed at which both transactions were completed. Brining to our attention any legal implication on the decisions we were making was clearly stated and explained in a easily understood manner.

Simply superb!
The level of service, support and communication I received from Mark Feely and his team was simply exceptional.
