We had a good experience with Beverly in a fairly stressful property sale. She navigated us through some unexpected issues to a successful sale. Impeccable communication and timely responses were also appreciated. Our purchase was more standard, but again we had a great service from Mark with quick responses and any questions answered. We thought the price was very reasonable for the service we received. We would definitely use David Barney again and would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. My partner and I recently purchased our first home - very much like rabbits caught in headlights with very little knowledge of the conveyancing process. Our purchase was somewhat more complex, made difficult by some mortgage issues, than we had initially hoped. Despite the absolute headache, Mark, Sam, Stevie-Jean and the rest of the team were always on tap to reassure us and answer any questions. Nothing was too much fuss and there was always someone on the end of the phone. I cannot recommend Mark and his team enough, they are incredible efficient, effective and diligent. We wouldn’t think twice to employ their services again. Thank you David Barney and Co for making our first home purchasing experience a positive one! Oh and we completed at 9AM! Their finance department are on it!

Mark, Beverly and the team helped us move home in February. We have nothing but praise for them, they were absolutely fantastic and really go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always patient and responsive to anything we needed. Our sale nearly didn’t go through on the day, due to delays on our buyers side. However, the professionalism, speed and efficiency of the team saved it for us, and we were able to successfully complete as planned. They made an extremely stressful process of buying/selling a house so much easier for us. We honestly cannot recommend this local firm highly enough, and we will certainly be using them in the future. They are currently helping my Mum with a Transfer of Equity matter.
