After I had a serious motorbike accident in 2019 the surgeon in the hospital recommended Osbornes law and Kate Milton got my case. I can say nothing else but Thank you for Kate and her team. They are very professional and responsive. I was in contact with Kate all the time in the past 2,5 years, she kept me up to date with everything. She booked my appointments for different examinations and helped to find the best way to get to UK. Unfortunately due COVID-19 and that I moved out of UK the case took longer than expected, but finally it’s over. Osbornes law and Kate are highly recommended.

At the end of 2016, I was involved in a very serious motorbike accident when a lorry turned across a junction and hit me. I suffered multiple fractures and a very severe injury to my brachial plexus which meant that I lost all movement in my right arm. Despite a lot of treatment and investigations, it became clear that I was not ever going to recover the use of my arm and the dead weight of it was causing significant pain. I made the difficult decision to have an elective amputation in March 2019.
Kate Milton of Osbornes Law dealt with my compensation claim. First of all I just want to say that I am so pleased with Osbornes Law and my legal team. I was very well looked after and they have really good connections with doctors and experts. Following my amputation, I was referred by Osbornes to “Proactive Prosthetics”, a private prosthetic and rehabilitation team who took very good care of me. I was able to trial and successfully learnt to use a bionic arm as well as receiving intensive physiotherapy, occupational therapy and psychological therapy. This enabled me to take the next step in my recovery and gave me hope for my future.
Everyone I spoke to at Osbornes was really nice and helpful. Kate and her team always responded quickly and if I didn’t understand something they were happy to help and explain everything.
I would like to give a special thanks to Kate Milton, Phoebe Walliss and Diana Magyar (who helped me with translating in the beginning, until my English improved!).

I would highly recommend Osbornes without any hesitation.

In April 2020 (during the first lockdown), I was cycling my bike on a sunny Saturday afternoon and though no fault of my own was involved in a head-on collision with a young driver in Surrey. I suffered multiple fractures and injuries, spent six days in hospital and I believe the bike helmet saved my life.

Prior to my cycling accident, I was a strong, confident, hardworking, outgoing, social, happy family man who enjoyed life: cycling for fitness and pleasure. Since the accident, my life has changed irrevocably physically and mentally.

Based upon previous experiences, I had a low opinion of solicitors. Therefore, my wife and I spent a considerable amount of time in identifying which company would represent my case. Without doubt, Osborne’s Law was the best decision.

Like most people I have low opinion of solicitors in general, I find them ‘arrogant, disinterested and at times unapproachable’ so my wife and I spend a considerable amount of time in identifying Osbornes law. A key criterion for selection was their expertise in the field of “Cycling Accident Claim” but equally of importance is their approachability and empathy. Having a good solicitor is like having a good counsellor, someone for whom you can bare your soul and not feel exposed.

Kate Milton, Associate – Catastrophic Injury at Osborne's made my family feel safe and a person we could trust. Kate was always available to talk to, she listened and explained every step in detail with regards to the legal process and the rehabilitation aspects. We never felt pressured to rush into a decision throughout this excruciating and emotional period.
