I attempted to contact this firm regarding a serious housing issue affecting my ability to access my home as a disabled tenant. I initially tried to submit an enquiry through their website, but the form failed to submit due to a technical error. I then emailed my enquiry directly on 24 March, including a completed assessment form. Despite the urgency of the matter and the detailed information provided, I did not receive any acknowledgement or response. This was disappointing, particularly given the nature of the issue and the firm’s stated expertise in housing and community care matters. A simple acknowledgement or indication of whether the firm could assist would have been appreciated. Based on my experience, communication at the initial enquiry stage could be significantly improved

I contacted the firm via web contact form - I was contacted by Heena Shah, we had an initial chat & all seemed very promising. She said she would provide an estimate, & knew my matter was time sensitive. She then proceeded to totally ghost me, ignore my chasing emails, and didn't get back to me, so I lost precious time. Very unprofessional & not a good example for this company

Andreea provided an exceptional service for what could have been a very stressful time, she worked exceptionally hard and went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend her. I am grateful for everything she accomplished for me.
