We had gathered the funds to finish our mortgage early and wanted to pay the remaining as a lump sum. The lender - who we have now complained about and has gotten in touch with us - would not engage and dragged the process out. Saiqa and the team and Green and Olives were amazing in chasing this up, as well as sorting out the process with professionalism and competence.
