Now that the dust has finally settled and we’re sitting back enjoying our new home, I wanted to write and send a proper, heartfelt thank you to Ifrah and Julia. Buying a house is famously one of the most stressful experiences you can go through, but working with you completely changed that for us. From day one, your support was invaluable. You were always so easy to get hold of, quick to respond to my endless questions, and consistently calm under pressure. Knowing you were in our corner made me feel completely relaxed and confident that everything was being handled properly. I can’t tell you how much peace of mind that gave us throughout the entire process. We are fully moved in now, settled, and honestly couldn't be happier. We love the place, and standard moving chaos aside, it’s already feeling like home. I also want to pass along a massive thank you to the rest of your team who helped push this over the line: • Julia: She was absolutely fantastic, especially during those final two weeks leading up to completion. That final stretch can be so hectic, but her focus, efficiency, and constant updates kept everything running smoothly right when it mattered most. • Erin: She was brilliant from start to finish, always friendly, super helpful, and a pleasure to deal with whenever we spoke. You have a really fantastic team, and we are so grateful for all the hard work everyone put into making this move happen for us.
