Julia qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Julia has a degree in English Literature from Cardiff University and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at Exeter University. Julia is an Associate Solicitor working within the Commercial Property Department. Julia joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in 2016 having previously worked for another local regional law firm. Previous to this, Julia spent several years as a Company Commercial Paralegal prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2013. Julia specialises in all aspects of commercial property work including commercial sales/purchases, landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlord and tenant) and business sales and acquisitions. Julia recently advised on the purchase of Charlestown Harbour, the setting for the BBC Drama Poldark which included the acquisition of a harbour, waterside and beaches along with an historic vessel and associated business.     Great experience and fare pricing

    Great experience always there to help and if not would always get back to you friendly team in the office had a price to sell a buisness went on longer the it should have but it come to the end the end price was fare would recomend and would use again
