My first impression of Shauna Telford was very good. This is because she made the effort to come down from the office, to meet and introduce herself to me, and to explain the steps to be taken; rather than just sending an assistant to do the tasks. Like the saying 'first impressions count'. Well, Shauna lived up to this in a positive way. She showed client care; was attentive, like explaining stuff clearly, so you understood, whether by telephone or by email.
