I used Rees Clayton solicitors recently and they were absolutely fantastic! I was looked after and every time I called to speak to my file handler, I was able to get an update. Even when nothing new had happened, Rees Clayton made sure to keep me in the loop anyway. Although my case might have taken a short while to conclude, I feel that Rees Clayton were able to deal with my issue in a timely manner.

Poor customer service - they are not helpful at all. Need to chase them on a regular basis for a simple update, zero interest in my situation and no involvement. Have already submitted a complaint given their customer service and it's been more than a month and haven't even received a response or someone approaching me to investigate the situation. The team has changed more than 3 times, no communication, no responses, etc. Stay away from this firm and anyone trying to help you.

I highly recommend this solicitor firm, and I highly appreciate Vaqas Latif for his prompt service and his assistance in dealing with my case, which was a driving offence. He would always keep me and my family informed and updated if anything needed to be done from my side, and how he would carry out my case! He would identify and explain the different outcomes and what to expect. He was very respectful to us, and will do everything he can to help!

I recommend Reese Clayton company for solicitors, specifically Vaqas Latif. He handled a serious case with great care and detail. Quick response time and great outcome. It was a crime offence, which i thought wouldn't have the result we hoped due to its seriousness. But we were happy with the outcome of the case and cant thank Vaqas enough for this, many thanks from the whole family. Massively recommend. Other companies wouldn't take the case and Vaqas replied straight away and took us on, forever thankful.
