Conveyancing
Stephen Taylor did a great job with a tricky flat conveyancing. He was proactive and responsive and very pleasant and professional at all times. Highly recommend and for a very reasonable fee.

Exceptional service

Excellent conveyancing service
Buying and selling property can be a stressful experience. Stephen and Francesca at Howells were calm and professional throughout, offering excellent advice when it was needed. They also responded quickly to my questions, and ensured that the purchase and sale proceeded as smoothly as possible. I would recommend them to anyone with a house to buy or sell.

Responsive and Professional
I chose Howells to sell my London home. I wanted a Sheffield firm to have the business as a commitment to levelling up. I was not disappointed. They were responsive, patient with my IT ineptitudes, professional and good value for money. I liked their collegiate approach. Most importantly, the sale was completed to suddenly- changed and very tight timescale. Thank you Stephen and Sofiah

Really Good Service Once We Got Going
This review is based on a conveyancing arrangement.
Howells were excellent in every given situation - they were thorough, understanding, and helpful throughout.
The only misgiving I had, and the reason I considered dropping a star is that at the start of the process, it was impossible to talk to anyone. The receptionist would always answer and try to put me through, but no one was available. This made the start of the process tough.
Once the ball was rolling though, Stephen was fantastic and went out of his way to help. We had issues with the sale but he was on it and got it all resolved quickly and comprehensively!

Great service, thank you Stephen!

Divorce review
A friendly professional relationship with my solicitor who was always available for my many worries throughout my divorce. Also linked me with a conveyensor for transfer of my property which was also handled very professionally.
