EHCP appeal / secondary school placement
I have worked with Deborah and Sarah on a EHCP secondary school placement. Without hesitation I can say the quality of their work was exemplary. They were on top of the brief including the smallest details which I imagine is not easy given they would've been working on numerous other cases in flight, and would not be familiar with the people and schools involved in my case. Always timely responses and proactive, never needed to be chased for a response and worked 'behind the scenes' with the local authority to secure responses and move matters along. Very impressive.

Excellent service, clear and pragmatic advice
We engaged Richard Nettleton and Sarah Bearman to help us with a dispute with the Local Authority relating to a request for a repeat of one school year for our son for a number of reasons. Richard and his team were absolutely excellent in how they helped us to position the case and his application of the relevant law was exemplary. He achieved a successful outcome for us in a short space of time. I would highly recommend Richard and Sarah to any parents facing challenges relating to LA funding and EHCPs. Really comprehensive service
