Conveyance of the sale of a property
Kierra Carr dealt with the conveyance throughout the entire process.
Kierra provided a friendly but thoroughly professional service answering queries quickly and efficiently providing clarity where required of.

Minimum Solicitors
First paperwork my name was wrong. Felt like it was bear minimum with everything, poor email etiquette, had to chase jobs towards the end and just not convincing in anything.
Would have been helpful that when paperwork was needed, send a return envelope with postage to make the process easier.
My only thought might be that the firm is just taking on any work possible which is overloading the solicitors making them not take time on things and go the extra mile.

We note that there was a typo in your name in your initial instruction letter- we can only apologise for this. This was corrected as soon as you made us aware. We sent all documentation to you by email, as we normally do, to avoid delays with the postal system and most clients now prefer email as the primary means of communication. If you wanted things to be sent to you in the post with a return envelope, then we would have been happy to do so, had you asked for this. We are unsure what you mean by ‘poor email etiquette’ and having to chase. We have looked through the file and note that all communication was prompt and courteous and that your matter exchanged within 8 weeks of receiving contracts. No concern was raised by you during the transaction as to communication. If you would like to contact us on clientrelations@sweeneymiller.co.uk, we would be happy to review any communication that you feel was ‘poor’. We take client satisfaction very seriously and would therefore invite you to contact us, so we can investigate your concerns.

Excellent conveyancing service
We are inexperienced first time buyers but Sweeney has made our purchase journey very pleasant. Our case were overseen by a senior and 2 trainee solicitors, providing both expertise and speedy response. We were guided from day 1 with clear step-by-step instructions and our whatever queries were typically addressed within few hours. There was a hiccup near the completion date when we wanted to reapply for a new mortgage, and Sweeney calmly walked us through the process. Thank you Melanie, Kierra and Elizabeth for completing the purchase within just over 2 months.

Excellent service
Want to say a massive thank you to both Kierra Carr and Mel Finlay (and everyone behind the scenes) who have being dealing with the sale of my new home. Nothing was too much to ask, very quick at responding and very pleasant to deal with. They managed to push the sale through to be completed before Christmas. Great service!
I had an excellent experience with Sweeney Miller, who were recommended by my mortgage adviser. My sale and purchase were both quite complicated, but communication with the team (especially Elizabeth!) was excellent, and they did everything possible to speed along the process and resolve the issues that arose along the way. Very quick and efficient
I used Sweeney Miller to purchase my first home and I cannot speak highly enough of the professional way they handled everything. Kierra, Irenna and Elizabeth made a great team. Amazing service!
Really pleased with the service provided you often hear nightmares of solicitors taking ages to respond and slowing the house buying process down but they have been amazing, responded to emails within a few hours. As I first time buyer they were very supportive of all my naive questions as well. 100% would recommend to anyone.
