From the first point of contact, right through till the end settlement (and even after the case had closed we are still in contact). Marcus has been amazing! He’s very professional and thorough. He managed to pull a few of his strings and booked me appointments with very high end medical professionals and one of the top rated bespoke prothetic company’s in the country. All this was done in a very sort period of time, he made sure all appointments worked around me. The knowledge Marcus has with injuries is second to none and I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor to handle my case. He is thorough, approachable, understanding, and genuinely is trying to solve the issues you have and work out how to improve your quality of life, not just through financial compensation but just to try and get what you need to get your life back. He is not afraid to have difficult conversations to manage your expectations and is looking out for your best interests, so you should without question just his judgement and opinion. An expert in his field, only a fool would ignore his opinion. Without question I hope I never have to have contact with him again, but heaven forbid I need a solicitor, there is only one I would use.
