When I started my claim I was fit and healthy but then I got throat cancer and everything went on hold for a year your solicitor Jonathan Tinmam was very supportive and kind and walked me through the steps to get me the compensation I deserved Excellent!!

Claim against employer for negligence

Jon was excellent throughout. From his initial contact, which was before proceedings commenced, through to the conclusion of this case, Jon kept me fully informed all the way and his advice and guidance has been invaluable. This was a difficult situation/case for myself personally but Jon's help, professionalism and empathy has helped me get through what would otherwise been an intolerable experience.
I want thank Jon, not just for his expertise, but for his support and understanding throughout, which was very much appreciated. Yes, we all have jobs to do, but we are also human and this was demonstrated by Jon and his team from their side throughout.

Once my claim was made I was referred onto Daniel Whipp who remained my advisor until the claim was finalised.
I felt as though my company had gotten off lightly as they were claiming I would have needed an operation on my shoulder anyways because of my age!! Daniel and I butted heads on this as I thought after doing this job for 20 years and having had a full medical clearance from the armed forces that the case should have gone to court and let my company try and prove that.
However Daniel's impartial advice and extensive knowledge on dealing with claims correctly advised me all along the way and recommended we settle as the case was just as difficult for us to prove as the independant specialist's had put my injury down to degenerative ware and tare. Daniel was always open and honest and was always extreamly clear in his communication with me. He kept me upto date at all times and was a true Proffesional.
