In the past I had dealt with complex disciplinary cases as a Union Shop Steward. I quickly and permanently realised the value of 'listening and actually understanding', the detail and perspective that was necessary to expose the honest reality of any legal situation. Within my correspondence in being represented by Pattinson & Brewer on two occasions personally, I was compelled to give a full summary that I had felt, and that I was, in extremely safe hands in both the level of understanding of my detailed explorations and needs, and that upon instruction, the 'press' applied in achieving a 'beyond expectation' fantastic outcome, was handled with full communication and experienced careful skill.
