    Excellent Communication

    Once my claim was made I was referred onto Daniel Whipp who remained my advisor until the claim was finalised. I felt as though my company had gotten off lightly as they were claiming I would have needed an operation on my shoulder anyways because of my age!! Daniel and I butted heads on this as I thought after doing this job for 20 years and having had a full medical clearance from the armed forces that the case should have gone to court and let my company try and prove that. However Daniel's impartial advice and extensive knowledge on dealing with claims correctly advised me all along the way and recommended we settle as the case was just as difficult for us to prove as the independant specialist's had put my injury down to degenerative ware and tare. Daniel was always open and honest and was always extreamly clear in his communication with me. He kept me upto date at all times and was a true Proffesional.
