Abbigail trained with CILEx and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2008. Since qualifying, she has pursued many personal injury and clinical negligence claims for her clients. Abi is fantastic. The case was very complex but her attentiveness helped with my own recovery. Abi informed me of all updates and communication was clear throughout. Hopefully I won't require a solicitor again, however I wouldn't second guess approaching this firm, and Abi again.

Excellent service, would 100% recommend.
This was my first experience using a solicitor for a personal injury claim. The whole process has been completely hassle free. Abbigail has answered all of my questions in a timely manner, she's worked hard to get me the best result and was professional and efficient throughout. Cannot recommend her or the firm enough and I wouldn't use anyone else now.

Compensation after RTC
Abigail was instrumental in getting me some compensation after my accident .I was the innocent party and Abigail got me the funds to pay for Cognitve Behavioural Therapy I needed .

Accident in December 2023
Abbigail has been totally professional but caring and kind too, she has kept in touch with me, she has sent all documents needed to me straight away, Abbi is on top of things, as soon as I ring her or email her she has been kind enough to reply asap.

Great service

Fortunately I've never had to seek an injury settlement before.
The process seemed daunting.
Abbi has been most helpful and professional. All my enquiries and my luddite approach to IT were dealt with patiently and professionally.
She informed from day 1 it would be at least 12 months before settlement which set the time frame and allowed me to put it to the back of my mind.
I've enjoyed the calls with Abbi as she was friendly with a sense of humour.
