Although we had a difficult sale due to two buyers dropping out due to the chain taking too long to complete above us, Machins and Dipak in particular were very helpful with advice throughout the whole process. Dipak Odedra provided an excellent, professional and timely service in support of our house sale. We cannot recommend him highly enough. We were presented with several 'bumps in the road' during the process, but he navigated these consummately and always acted as a firm and very safe pair of hands. Dipak, Tom and Annette did a cracking job of handling our sometimes fraught & frenetic house sale and purchase. Top quality communication and highly professional service right through and all at a very satisfactory fixed cost. When our first attempt fell through the abort costs were remarkably fair and reasonable, which isn't always the case elsewhere.

Fantastic experience with Dipak and Sumber&Tabor - Dipak was incredibly detailed and thorough, and ensured that I was not getting into anything that might cause issues later with my purchase of a period property.
