What was slightly unusual was that I was based overseas so our communication was almost entirely by email with the occasional client call but that didn't prevent her from understanding the dynamics of my case, forming an excellent client relationship and providing sound advice. With an up-to-date knowledge of the law, Hannah had a good grip of strategy and an intuitive approach. She could be tough when she needed to be.
