Just used Brian and Armstrong to do the conveyancing on a property we have purchased and we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received.
Our conveyancer was Helen and she was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional, it was a complicated purchase and without her help and the help of her team I don't think the purchase would have completed . I would highly recommend Brian and Armstrong to anyone looking to purchase a property.x

I was acting as Sole executor in relation to this house Sale.
Having been recommended to this practice by my Estate Agent, English Rose, and having met Helen, I was content to request Bryan & Armstrong to act on my behalf.
Subsequently they took me through the process in a straightforward, unfussy, manner.
I found their fees to be realistic.
In summary, I would recommend this practice.

Outstanding
I was really impressed with the service provided during our property sale. Have sold a lot of properties in the past using different solicitors. Bryan and Armstrong were without a doubt the best service I have ever received. Easy to get hold of, quick to respond and very polite and professional. This was the quickest sale transaction I’ve ever done thanks to the team.
