Elizabeth has been an absolute diamond. She pushed and pushed… and pushed for my claim! She explained everything she possibly could for me and reassured me with my every worry. I had a couple misunderstandings and she was ever so kind and understanding and explained those couple things more clearer for me. Incredible solicitor extremely professional but also personable
I have felt very fortunate to have had Elizabeth as the solicitor at the head of my claim, she has been incredibly professional and thorough throughout, whilst simultaneously being very supportive, empathetic, and ensuring I was completely informed at all times.
During my recovery from my accident at work and other life events I have struggled at times with communication and memory amongst other things, of which Elizabeth has gone above and beyond to make sure that processes have been of little stress to me as possible and has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout, again hugely empathetic and also ensured processes with the claim ran smoothly.
She has updated me regularly throughout and quickly responded to emails and enquiries.
She has a wonderful manner and is professional and polite, but importantly is also easy to get on with and talk to. I have felt very reassured by her and ‘looked after’ as such throughout the entire process.
She ensured the case was solid and strong and all aspects covered throughout, resulting in a positive outcome with an out of court settlement offer.
She has gone above and beyond in my opinion and I’ve felt truly supported by her throughout the process. The result not only was positive in terms of compensation payment but it has helped restore my confidence and made me feel heard and listened to. I can continue recovery now which would not have been accessible in terms of therapy etc without her and her teams hard work.

Excellent service for my claim

Elizabeth Duncan the angel!!
While dealing with a nightmare situation, I initially approached this firm to see if they could take over my case. I was graciously helped by Elizabeth who reassuringly looked into my matter, and provided expert advice on what measures I should take next. Elizabeth went over and above in terms of duty of care to ensure that all my queries and fears were addressed and also kept the door open should I need further assistance. I couldn’t ask for better service from anyone and made her aware that such service needs to be made known publicly. I typically do not write reviews, however instances like this, it would be an absolute disservice to allow such extensive care to not be outwardly appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for better
Highly recommend Slee Blackwell Solictors, and in particular Elizabeth who throughout the claim has been fantastic! She was understanding and explained everything to me in detail! I have at times found parts of it difficult, going over distressing parts of my life but Elizabeth was extremely patient and empathetic and made it a lot easier to deal with! Fantastic service and great value for money!
Elizabeth Duncan provided an excellent service. Elizabeth was so easy to understand and talk too, nothing was ever too much trouble and she kept me updated throughout the whole process. I had direct contact with her. Her knowlege was excellent and she was very honest from the start. She won my case for me and my daughter.
