Rhian is a Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution in our litigation team specialising in medical negligence and personal injury. After obtaining her law degree she went on to complete her LPC at Northumbria Law School in Newcastle. Following this, she undertook her training contract at one of the North West’s leading law firms in 2011 and qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Rhian specialises in all aspects of medical negligence and personal injury. Including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability claims, fatal accidents, misdiagnosis, delayed treatment cases, and chronic pain cases. Rhian is a member of APIL (the association of personal injury lawyers) and has volunteered for AvMA (action against medical accidents). Whilst based in our Chelmsford office, Rhian will also see clients at any of our other offices and is happy to arrange home visits where necessary.

    My case was a claim for personal injury. It was a long process but I was kept informed of the progress along the way. My settlement wasn't as much as it could have been but the risk of going to court to fight for the right amount was not worth the risk due to my memory not being as sharp as it was four years ago. I accepted the advice from Rhian and trusted her knowledge of the courts and the possible outcomes. I will definitely use FJG again and have already recommended Rhian to a friend.

    I had a life changing injury nearly three years ago and used fJG to make a compensation claim for me. Im so glad I did as it was the right choice of legal firm to make.
