A guy named Franklin once said, "The only thing we need to fear is fear itself." Perhaps my biggest fear in selling my parents' house was the dealings with a solicitor. However, that didn't become a reality........which was greatly appreciated, because other facets were much more stressful than anticipated. I have yet to have the pleasure of meeting Stephanie in person, but with efficient clear email interaction, then a few phone calls towards the end, all conducted in a serene manner, quelling my self-imposed need for urgency, highlighting what were the minimum requirements and what was unimportant, 'the process' was made significantly easier than first feared. Despite some issues, albeit emanating from the buyers' camp and their solicitor, Thackray Williams charged us what had been quoted at the outset. Again, I had misplaced concerns that costs would spiral. Yeah, no regrets at all from me.

We used Thacray Wiilaims for our house move and were very impressed by the level of efficiency and communication. If we ever got unstuck an email and/or call was all that it took toresolve. Very impressed. Don't intend moving again but would definetly use this company if we did.
