Ok, I was nailed by the courts for several Motoring offences, I’m not a career criminal, just daft but a hard working normal guy, these offences could have resulted in a long disqualification, loss of employment and many many points. Ethan and Jack and their team listened to me without judgement and quickly acted on my mitigation. Replied timely to my questions and acknowledged my emails quickly. This put me at ease. The court date came and Ethan had approached the courts to hear both my pleas at the same time and arranged for a top class barrister to be with me thought out my situation. It went very well, I still received a ban and further points but other charges were dropped and the length of my ban heavily and points reduced significantly so I could manage my employment and thus securing future employment opportunities. Having dealt with Ethan and Jack at Hammond Trotter, the process of dealing with a Single Justice Procedure was very straight forward with excellent clear and action oriented communication throughout. Jack: Jack was brilliant, he answered all of my initial questions,, he was very thorough with gathering all information for the case in a non judgemental professional manner, he replied to any emails quickly. My hearing was on Monday, Jack gave me a courtesy call before leaving the office on Friday evening to let me know what court room I would be in and what time it was listed for which I thought was a really nice thing to do. He let me know he wa sin the office from 9am on the Monday morning if I had any last minute questions or worries I could reach out to him, which again was a lovely thing to do it really showed this company care about their clients. Jack really made me feel like I would be in good hands. No matter how many questions I asked nothing was ever too much for him. He was helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Philip: Philip was the solicitor representing me- he was absolutely fantastic! I cannot express how much he eased my nerves and how understanding he was. He made me feel heard, relaxed and above all like I was a person not just a number. Philip really knows his stuff, and his professionalism cannot be faulted. On top of all of that Philip is also a really lovely guy. I cannot fault Philip at all, he was kind, polite, understanding, professional, full of knowledge, and kept me informed of what to expect for every step of the day during the day. I highly recommend these. As mentioned I cannot fault them at all. Thanks to these I escaped a driving disqualification and still have my license. These are definitely the people to go. A big thank you again Jack and Philip.
