Jack: Jack was brilliant, he answered all of my initial questions,, he was very thorough with gathering all information for the case in a non judgemental professional manner, he replied to any emails quickly. My hearing was on Monday, Jack gave me a courtesy call before leaving the office on Friday evening to let me know what court room I would be in and what time it was listed for which I thought was a really nice thing to do. He let me know he wa sin the office from 9am on the Monday morning if I had any last minute questions or worries I could reach out to him, which again was a lovely thing to do it really showed this company care about their clients. Jack really made me feel like I would be in good hands. No matter how many questions I asked nothing was ever too much for him. He was helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Philip: Philip was the solicitor representing me- he was absolutely fantastic! I cannot express how much he eased my nerves and how understanding he was. He made me feel heard, relaxed and above all like I was a person not just a number. Philip really knows his stuff, and his professionalism cannot be faulted. On top of all of that Philip is also a really lovely guy. I cannot fault Philip at all, he was kind, polite, understanding, professional, full of knowledge, and kept me informed of what to expect for every step of the day during the day. I highly recommend these. As mentioned I cannot fault them at all. Thanks to these I escaped a driving disqualification and still have my license. These are definitely the people to go. A big thank you again Jack and Philip.

Due to totting up points, I was facing losing my licence, and therefore my job and livelihood. I contacted a few solicitors for advice and help, all of whom were quite disregarding in terms of being able to save my licence. I then phoned Hammond and Trotter Solicitors, where I was spoken to with manners and respect. After an informative phone call, I didn't hesitate to choose this firm to help and represent me in my case. The time leading up to the court date, I was in contact with Jack, who made sure everything was ready, and I was completely prepared. I cannot praise or thank Jack enough for all the help I received. On the day of my court date, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Philip Trotter. Philip is clearly an experienced and knowledgeable solicitor, and has a truly fantastic personality that puts you at ease, and makes sure you are fully ready for your time in court. I do not think that their fees are at all expensive - I would have happily paid double, for the quality of service that I received. And as much as I hope to never be in that situation again, if I am, there is no-one I would have representing me, other than Philip - I genuinely cannot explain how wonderful this man is, a true pleasure to deal with. I honestly cannot recommend this firm enough.

Mr Philip Trotter handled my Husband's case. He was very informative and achieved the best possible outcome for our family. I am so happy with the service.(hopefully we will never need again) but if we did I would not hesitate to call on his services once again. At what was one of the most stressful times in mine and my wifes lives , Philip Trotter was so professional and knew what he was doing from start to finish. I was looking at losing not only my driving license but my home and possibly my marriage. He coached me through the whole process in words that i understood and what i needed to do , he won my case and immediately felt the weight lift without Philip i believe things would be alot worse. I was in danger of losing my licence for an accumulation of points. From my very first contact, I found the staff at Hammond Trotter Solicitors to be very knowledgeable and very understanding. They were very clear, up front about the costs and the process involved. After my initial call, I was happy to engage the firm to represent me at my hearing. Initially I had a 30 minute consultation with Philip, which actually overan to 50 minutes. Philip was very helpful in getting me to understand the process and what to expect. Then a day or so later I had a call with a lovely lady called Laura. The call was over 1.5hrs but at no point did I ever feel rushed or that I was a bother to her. The object was to collect all of the information that Philip would need to represent me. Laura was so very professional, supportive and helpful. She made me feel so much less anxious and I was really pleased with the way she dealt with me. Excellence at its very best. Thank you Laura. On the day, at court, I met Philip an hour or so before my hearing. I can only describe Philip as brilliant. He was a calming influence and by the time we went into court, I felt really confident that we couldn't have been any more well prepared. In the hearing, again Philip was brilliant. Guiding me through the evidence we had prepared in a logical and effective way. Our plea for 'Exceptional Hardship' was accepted by the court and I didn't lose my licence. All I can say is a massive thank you to Laura and Philip. It wasn't a cheap process, but they earned their coin. I would highly recommend Hammond Trotter solicitors if you have any motoring offences that you need help with. Simply brilliant in my humble opinion, not just because we were successful but also because their approach and help reduced my levels of anxiety tenfold.

I was recommended to engage the services of Hammond Trotter by another solicitor who said they would assist me best. My case was quite serious and I feared for the worst outcome. Philip was very professional, easy to speak with and used his experience to allay my fears. He clearly communicated my options throughout the process, made sure I understood the discussions he was having with the prosecution lawyer, using his expertise to resolve the case and I got the best outcome I could hope for.
