Really great experience with this motoring law firm. From the start, they were easy to talk to and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, without all the confusing legal jargon. Marc was especially helpful — friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knew his stuff when it came to motoring law. I always felt like I was in good hands, and he kept everything straightforward and stress-free. Communication was quick and clear throughout, and I was kept up to date the whole time. In the end, they got me a much better outcome than I was expecting. I’d definitely recommend them if you need help with anything motoring-related — professional, reliable, and just really easy to deal with.

BRILLIANT!!! CHARGES DIMISSED< CASE DROPPED-Could not recommend Hammond Trotter enough. I started my journey with Hammond Trotter when I was spending hours reading drink driving forums looking for advice and guidance. Martin kindly responded to one of my messages and I never looked back. I was charged with drink driving and realized quite early on that my readings/breath tests weren’t right and that the police had not followed the procedure correctly. I invested a lot of time and spent many hours speaking to specialist motor law firms as well as local firms and I was ready to just give up and plead guilty as I couldn’t seem to find firstly a specialist firm I could afford and secondly someone that I felt backed what I believed and that would represent me and try and get the charges dismissed. It was only speaking with Martin at the last minute, I finally found a reputable firm, that understood the technicalities of the samples and readings that convinced me we had a good chance of having the case dropped. Also, their fees were affordable in comparison to other specialist firms which I couldn’t believe. I was then introduced to Marc, who acted as my Solicitor from that point on. Again, Marc was extremely educated, knowledgeable and he knew his stuff. He reassured me, supported me, didn’t judge me, convinced me that we had a very good chance if he could convince the CPS, and from the conversations we had I knew Marc had the credibility and expertise to do this. Marc supported me throughout the whole process, which at times was tough he was always happy to answer my questions and reassure me. The day arrived in court, and Marc did the business. He took control, went and spoke with the CPS to explain and convince her about the samples, he managed to get me seen before anyone else in the court that day. He blew me away and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. He showed up, delivered and owned the room over any other Solicitors. The case was adjourned as the evidence needed to be reviewed and the charges were DISMISSED. Everything we set out to do and achieve, Marc and Hammond Trotters delivered. They believed in themselves and I believed in them and they did not fail to disappoint. If you need a credible, reputable, no nonsense, straight talking, punchy, educated, honest legal firm that believes in their abilities to get the job done whether you are in the wrong or right, then I would highly recommend Hammond Trotter. I will never be able to thank Marc and the team for what they did, it was life changing and I am so glad that Martin reached out to me when he did. It was meant to be. I chose Hammond Trotter Solicitors based off their highly rated reviews and I would recommend anyone needing their services to do the same. All the team I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Marc dealt with my case and was successfully able to arrange with the prosecution to dismiss the case, without their help I would have 6 points on my license and a hefty fine for something I knew I wasn’t guilty of.
