Ok, I was nailed by the courts for several Motoring offences, I’m not a career criminal, just daft but a hard working normal guy, these offences could have resulted in a long disqualification, loss of employment and many many points. It went very well, I still received a ban and further points but other charges were dropped and the length of my ban heavily and points reduced significantly so I could manage my employment and thus securing future employment opportunities. I would not have been prepared enough to represent myself (for sure) Firstly - Calm, yet straight talking advice. Time constraints were an issue. ( to say the least) But it didn't phase them. I had fantastic phone council to help me to prepare and get all paperwork I needed. -He also took his time to listen, I am very greatfull for that. Court was scary, but the teams solicitor talked me through my options before hand. I felt more confident and comfortable with him by my side. I truly hope I will not need you again, but thank you for your efficient, quick, kind and calming support. Wishing you all the best.

Although it turned out I had approached the wrong service, Lee responded to my enquiry within about 30 minutes and very quickly reassured me and helped clarify the whirlwind in my head. He helped me identify areas to consider that I hadn’t even thought of, helped me prioritise things and reassured me enormously. He could so very easily have just ended the call when it became clear I didn’t need them, but instead gave me the time I needed to make a plan, even returning a call later to clarify something. Am so very grateful to him for helping reduce my mountain to a molehill.
