Following an assessment and despite the V5 Log Book not in my name - Christine ( Fieldings ) established a timeline and changes at various dates and direct contact with an uncommunicative ex partner.
Her persuasive discussions and infinite patience got a result in 4 months in agreement with a relaxed discovery and negotiation period.
Excellent result without court appearances...

Land purchase in Edgworth
A difficult solicitor on other side made the process much harder and caused unnecessary delays.
Only issue with my solicitor was being asked to sign up for SDLT service when clearly well below threshold applicable.
