This could have been a very different review had it not been for Annie's intervention, the initial interaction was very slow and looked at one time that it may jeopardise the the deal due to an expiring mortgage offer date. When I raised concerns I was appointed Annie. Annie immediately understood the situation and to me she went above and beyond, even sending emails at 10pm at night. If this review were for Annie it would have been 5 star. Unfortunately the initial delays from the company have made me give 4 stars. In my view all companies can have issues but a good company recognises the issues and deals with them as was the case here. I would use Kingsley Bond again but I would ask for Annie to deal with the case, Thanks Annie for all your hard work.

Annie was exceptional throughout both the sale of my apartment and the purchase of my new home, which turned out to be a far more complex process than any of us anticipated. The transaction involved shared ownership complications, repeated lender down-valuations, ongoing Land Registry delays outside of our control, and late-stage issues on the property I was purchasing relating to retrospective building regulations. Despite this, Annie remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. What stood out most was her communication. She was always clear, realistic and approachable, and I never felt left in the dark during an incredibly stressful process. She consistently chased where needed, explained complicated matters in a way that actually made sense, and helped keep momentum going even when multiple third parties were causing delays. I genuinely felt that she cared about getting the transaction over the line rather than simply processing paperwork. Her patience, persistence and professionalism made a very difficult move significantly more manageable. I would not hesitate to recommend Annie to anyone looking for a solicitor who is thorough, responsive and genuinely invested in their clients. Annie has now helped me with two purchases and a sale, and her friendly, approachable manner means I would happily return to her again in the future, although hopefully not too soon after this move!
