Wonderful Personal Service
I have used Higgs for many years, for various legal matters.
The man who has dealt with the majority of these is Gurvinder
Kehel. I always feel Gurvinder gives 100% diligence for his client and I trust his advice implicitly. His personal service and approachability ensures my return business.

Fantastic Service. Could not recommend more!
Gurvinder was our solicitor for our first home purchase, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the process, but Gurvinder’s expertise and guidance made everything smooth and stress-free. Remarkably, we completed in just over two months!
He was incredibly responsive to all our queries and emails, always proactive in chasing the other party when needed, and consistently pushed to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. His dedication and efficiency truly stood out.

Great service from Gurvinder Kehel.
We recently had the pleasure of Gurvinder Kehel at Higgs LLP looking after us during our house move which was far from "normal". Professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with!
Gurvinder represented me in the sale of one property and the purchase of another. He was professional throughout the entire experience, even when the solicitor on the other side was extremely unprofessional and rude. He handled the situation with grace and was always on hand to offer advice!

Residential sales and land purchases
Gurvinder has acted for us for a number of years both in terms of land acquisition and subsequent new residential property sales. We have always found him to be very thorough in anticipating issues so they can be dealt with at an early stage and his advice is always comprehensive.
We also find him quick to respond to queries and easy to deal with and wherever possible he sticks to budget as regard fees.
We have used various solicitors over the years and Gurvinder stands out as particularly professional and good to deal with, as such we would highly recommend his services.
