Dispute Resolution
Excellent advice and support
Solicitor Beth Abraham quickly assessed my requirements and advised on effective course of action. Ultimately not needed as my dispute was resolved when the supplier finally capitulated and refunded me for their poor service, faulty product and shoddy installation.

Wasn’t sure who to speak to so emailed my enquiry. Bethen Abraham, paralegal, was assigned to handle my tenancy dispute. From the get go she was able to answer my enquiries (many!), talk me through the process, wrote with clarity in a timely manner and was very reassuring when I found the process rather stressful. I’d have been quick to complain if the service was not up to my expectations - to be fair, it exceeded them! Thank you Bethen.

We had a really poor experience with another Solicitor at a different practice and seemed to be getting nowhere after three and a half years! I have previously used James Melvin-Bath for a family matter and he was amazing, so sought him out again. We liaised with James for a few weeks and jumped ship to Willans and we will be forever grateful we did! We had Bethen Abraham deal with our case, what can I say Beth was a breath of fresh air, just what we needed. Knowledgeable, assertive, pro-active i could carry on..... within 3 months we had a deal agreed and 6 months it's settled. I must also give praise to Suzanne O'Riordan who jumped in very late in the game to resolve a transfer of equity and remortgage in under a week! Only just... thank you all involved at Willans.
