We recently sold our flat in Bristol and Heloise Brittan and Suzanne O'Riordan at Willans Solicitors were fantastic throughout. What should have been a straightforward sale became unnecessarily complicated due to delays and issues caused by the buyer's solicitor. Suzanne was particularly outstanding. She struck exactly the right balance between being steely-headed and authoritative when needed, while also being incredibly understanding during my more stressful moments. During the difficult exchange and completion stage, her calm approach, optimism and determination were invaluable. You always felt that she was firmly on your side and acting in your best interests. We are extremely grateful for all her hard work and would highly recommend Willans conveyancing/property team.

Héloïse Brittain has been an absolute star and I highly recommend both she and Suzanne to anyone seeking a solicitor to help with a house purchase. I thought buying my first home would be confusing, expensive and stressful but with Héloïse as my solicitor it’s been completely pain-free. I could not be happier with the service I received. Even on her days off my case was handed over to Suzanne, who followed up with diligence and care. I was not confused or left waiting for an answer at any point throughout my buying process. In particular, I recommend Héloïse based on her excellent communication, proactive approach and thorough attention to detail. We had a really poor experience with another Solicitor at a different practice and seemed to be getting nowhere after three and a half years! I have previously used James Melvin-Bath for a family matter and he was amazing, so sought him out again. We liaised with James for a few weeks and jumped ship to Willans and we will be forever grateful we did! We had Bethen Abraham deal with our case, what can I say Beth was a breath of fresh air, just what we needed. Knowledgeable, assertive, pro-active i could carry on..... within 3 months we had a deal agreed and 6 months it's settled. I must also give praise to Suzanne O'Riordan who jumped in very late in the game to resolve a transfer of equity and remortgage in under a week! Only just... thank you all involved at Willans.
